Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortia
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budgets across 3 R&D divisions
- Author thought leadership for publications like Nature Futures and TechCrunch 2026
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits >$100M)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety frameworks, or neurotech interfaces
- Published research in top-tier journals (Science, Nature, IEEE) on future technologies
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain for government collaborations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 5+ time zones
