Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and business teams
- Present technology vision and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Ensure all technological innovations align with ESG principles and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future technologies (preferred)
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
