- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and sustainability impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future-state visions to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching successful tech transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certifications in strategic innovation management preferred
