Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and sustainable AI systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists and manage $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, blockchain)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CIPM)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
