Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable KPIs
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights to action
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) preferred
