Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in innovation management or futures forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and storytelling abilities
