Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify emerging innovations with disruptive potential
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessments for emerging technology investments
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
