Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and test next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Certifications in strategic innovation or technology foresight preferred
- Track record of launching successful technology transformation initiatives
