Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite investors and government bodies
- Mentor next-gen researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging tech
- Track record of commercializing research innovations
