Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investors through compelling data narratives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor talent pipeline in future technologies through internal skilling programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or AR/VR ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Prior startup or scale-up experience with 50M+ ARR products
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
