Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, startups, and academic breakthroughs for partnership opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
