Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with company strategic goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative AI systems
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2020 research consortia
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Mentor C-suite on emerging tech disruption and ethical implications
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present annual tech forecasts to board and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$20M
- Expertise in EU AI Act and US regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global partnerships
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers across 3+ continents
- Public speaking record at Web Summit or CES
