- Lead research initiatives in AI alignment and ethical algorithm development
- Design resilient infrastructure solutions for climate-resilient smart cities
- Drive innovation sprints with C-level stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Develop patent-pending solutions in neuromorphic computing and bio-hybrid interfaces
- Mentor engineers in emerging technology standards and future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or distributed ledger tech
- Proven track record of launching production-ready future-tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethical Design standards
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
