- Lead Cross-Functional R&D: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech ecosystems to uncover growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board, translating vision into actionable business units.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with academic institutions, startups, and tech giants to accelerate innovation adoption.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the deployment of experimental technologies, ensuring they align with our core business values and scalability goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading multi-year initiatives.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive consensus in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Adaptability: A bias for action and the agility to pivot strategies as the technological landscape evolves.
