- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate future-ready tech.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our business strategy.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and technical architects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software architecture, or product strategy.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
