Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to translate high-level visions into actionable execution plans.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of futurists and engineers focused on prototyping solutions for the 2026 timeframe.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and implement mitigation strategies for future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technical management, or a similar high-level leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including AI/ML frameworks and cloud architecture.
