Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of sustainable tech practices in product development cycles
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or innovation journals
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
