Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and advanced robotics.
- Roadmap Development: Oversee the creation of long-term technology roadmaps, feasibility studies, and product concepts for the 2026 era.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to identify opportunities and potential disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership regarding future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Tech Fluency: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, IoT) to drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
