Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum-encrypted security systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure with carbon-negative data center designs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors with ROI projections
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum computing research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $50M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global tech regulatory landscapes
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
