Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping scalable solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG goals and market disruption
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to $50M+ commercial impact
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with specialization in future studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
