Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technological roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen technologies
- Analyze emerging scientific breakthroughs and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with global policy makers to establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capitalists securing $50M+ in funding
- Mentor junior talent through our Innovation Accelerator program
- Author white papers on future tech paradigms published in Nature and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven track record in commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and clean tech integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating work on projects with global impact (e.g., climate modeling, space exploration)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
