Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, or quantum computing

- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
