- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their potential impact on the market.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal Innovation Lab, piloting experimental technologies to validate their viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for diverse stakeholders, including investors and product teams.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and industry shifts to maintain our market leadership.
- Resource Allocation: Forecast technical resource needs and manage budgets for future-proofing our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D management, or a senior technical role within a Fortune 500 company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks (2026 horizon), including generative AI, edge computing, and IoT.
