Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Secure $50M+ in R&D partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Mentor a cohort of 15+ researchers in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in quantum-resistant cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for futuristic R&D
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming languages (e.g., Rust, Julia)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting tech implementations
