- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision making
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing government grants and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
