Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum integration, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biocompatible AI, etc.) and translate into commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and mentor a team of futurist technologists and designers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or climate-tech commercialization
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
