- Develop 3-5 year roadmaps aligning innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future tech pilots and implementations
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
