Qualifications

- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative AI
- Security clearance or background in defense/intel tech ecosystems preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Keynote speaker at 3+ global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
