- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
- Manage $15M+ R&D portfolio allocation for emerging tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in Web4 architecture, quantum algorithms, or climate tech innovations
