Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through R&D partnerships and academic collaborations
- Develop go-to-market strategies for futuristic products with 5-10 year vision horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies with >$100M revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
