Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize next-gen products and services
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or product innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Experience building and managing high-impact innovation teams
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and financial modeling skills
- Prior experience in sustainability-focused tech initiatives
