Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum encryption, and neurotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and build future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
