Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech giants
- Translate emerging tech trends into market-ready solutions
- Present to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Manage patent portfolios and IP development strategies
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive roles
- Published research in AI/ML or quantum systems (Nature/Science preferred)
- Track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Global speaking experience at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
