Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential for $100M+ market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile implementation of futuristic technologies
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching tech products with $50M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain ecosystems
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation projects
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTSP)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish for global partnerships
