Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year product roadmap, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats for the 2026 horizon.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for the 2026 roadmap.
- Agile Leadership: Foster an agile environment, managing sprints and prioritizing the backlog to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure success metrics and iterate on features for maximum user impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
