In this pivotal role, you will spearhead research and development initiatives focused on the next generation of computing—ranging from advanced neural interfaces to sustainable, quantum-ready cloud ecosystems. You will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and our strategic vision for the mid-2020s.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying and validating emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Prototype high-impact solutions that align with our long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core products.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing research and speaking at industry conferences on the future of tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record in leading innovation labs or R&D initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Edge Computing.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
