Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into core products.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate high-level strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, specifically in R&D or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology initiatives and roadmaps.
