Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud infrastructures.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct deep-dive research into breakthrough technologies and assess their impact on current business models.
- Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation applications.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for product and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or CTO-level capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and align them with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
