Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced LLMs into production environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research to evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the future of AI.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Experience with Agentic workflows and autonomous system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
