Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for 2026 technology integration and product evolution.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) for practical application.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical product management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum architectures.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
