Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, advanced automation) into core business processes.
- Lead high-level strategic planning sessions with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development and deployment of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive project delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in strategic planning, foresight methodologies, and trend analysis.
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
