As a key member of our elite Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transition to quantum-ready architectures and ensuring our AI models remain ethical, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement high-performance ML infrastructure specifically engineered for the hardware capabilities expected in 2026.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of advanced AI models, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize distributed systems to handle petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect data sovereignty and ensure AI alignment with human values.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for the company's expansion into emerging markets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems at scale.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) into existing infrastructures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
