- Develop patent-pending frameworks for neural-quantum hybrid algorithms
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and WHO on next-gen tech standards
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks across 20+ products
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through innovative proposals
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE conferences as industry thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- PhD in Computer Science or Physics from top 20 institution
- Experience scaling teams to 50+ engineers in regulated industries
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and TensorFlow Quantum
- 3+ patents in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Track record of shipping products with 99.999% uptime
- Certification in Quantum Computing from IBM/Microsoft
