- Mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent development with target of 10+ new IP filings annually
- Present disruptive tech concepts to industry consortiums and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AR/VR, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Techstars)
