Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI and quantum-ready infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers in exploring cutting-edge technologies.
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision and strategy to stakeholders and the board.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance as we expand into new markets.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Web3, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into existing workflows.
- Drive technical decision-making that aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks or research in emerging technologies is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
