Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling high-throughput Agentic AI workloads.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategic milestones for emerging technologies, including Quantum-ready algorithms and advanced LLM integration.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype cutting-edge features, including voice-activated UI and predictive data models.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure low-latency response times.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Generative AI frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
