Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models into core workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing Audits: Conduct rigorous assessments of current infrastructure to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
