Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying critical breakthrough technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate emerging AI and quantum solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced autonomous systems and data privacy.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and board members.
- Pilot and validate experimental technologies that align with our 5-year strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technical leadership, or product strategy.
- Proven history of leading high-stakes technology transformations and digital initiatives.
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML architectures, blockchain, or quantum computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership without authority.
- Track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
