Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural definition for core products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against rapid technological shifts.
- AI & ML Integration: Design and oversee the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production environments to enhance product capabilities.
- Cloud Infrastructure Strategy: Architect robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS or Google Cloud, with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- High-Performance Systems: Optimize system architecture for high throughput and low latency, ensuring seamless user experiences at scale.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technological Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Cloud Native: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with a clear focus on long-term viability (e.g., 2026 horizon).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
