- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and secure buy-in for future investments.
- Oversee the innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or innovation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
